Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ticket price
Every seat is ₹19,999, inclusive of 18% GST. This is the total amount payable. There are no additional charges.
Free cancellation window
You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of the time of payment and receive a full refund. Write to contact@nuwizo.ai from the email address used at booking, quoting your booking reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically reach your account within five to seven working days.
After 24 hours
Once the 24 hour window has passed, the booking is final and no refund is available for any reason. This includes change of plans, travel disruption, illness, work commitments, or any other circumstance.
No show
If you do not attend on the day, no refund is payable.
Tickets are not transferable
A seat is issued to one named individual and cannot be transferred to another person or another edition of the workshop.
Why the policy is strict
This is a strictly limited 40 seat workshop held at a five star venue. The room, catering and materials are committed and paid for in advance based on confirmed bookings. Once a seat is sold, it is removed from availability and cannot be resold.
Failed or duplicate payments
If your account was debited but no booking confirmation was received, or you were charged twice, write to contact@nuwizo.ai with the transaction reference and we will verify and refund the excess.
Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that we cancel or reschedule the workshop, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, or the option to move to the rescheduled date, whichever you choose.
