What we collect

Details you give us when booking: full name, company name, designation, company email and contact number.

Payment information is collected and processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway. We never see or store your card or bank details.

We also collect technical and usage data automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring website, and campaign parameters such as UTM tags, Google click identifiers and Meta click identifiers.

Why we collect it

To confirm and administer your booking, to contact you about the workshop, to answer your queries, to measure how our advertising performs, and to improve the website and future editions.

If you began a booking and did not complete it, we may contact you once by phone, email or WhatsApp to help you finish it.

Legal basis and consent

We process your details on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the booking form, and to perform the contract of providing your seat at the workshop.

Who we share it with

Payment processing with Razorpay. Analytics with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Advertising measurement with Meta and Google. Communication tools used to contact you about your booking.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, session recording of anonymised interactions, and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work as intended.

How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax compliance under Indian law. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the respective platforms.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of anything inaccurate, request erasure where we are not required to retain it, and withdraw consent for marketing contact at any time. Write to contact@nuwizo.ai and we will respond within thirty days.

Security

We use industry standard measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This workshop and this website are intended for business owners and are not directed at anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
