Before you book
Is this an AI course?
No. It is a workshop on running a business that does not depend on you. Systems, process, hiring, vendors and measurement come first. AI is how several of those get executed faster, and you will build with it in the room, but it is the tool rather than the subject.
Do I need any technical background?
None. If you use WhatsApp and email, you can do everything here. Nothing involves writing code.
Will I actually build something?
Yes. Both days include a working session with your laptop open and your own processes. You leave with systems running, not screenshots of someone else's.
Can I send someone from my team instead?
Come yourself. What to automate and what to stop doing are owner decisions. If you want your operations head there too, write to us about a second seat from the same company.
Is food included?
Yes. Buffet lunch plus a morning and an evening tea and coffee break at The Residency Towers on both days.
What if I cannot attend after paying?
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of booking and we will refund you in full. After that the seat is final and non refundable, and seats cannot be transferred to another person or another edition.
